My individual rowhome design within the larger Winter Street design. It was based off of the concept of my Dwelling, which considered safety and vantage by limiting the view into the house while exploiting its direct view of center city. Also, the precedent house used for this project was 3200 St. James, which is an older Philadelphia rowhome, built in the 1920's with a "dumbbell" layout.
